What we offer at Welling School

At Welling School we provide a chance for all students within the Post 16 program, a chance to succeed within their football career whilst reaching their full potential within their educational studies.

All players are given a full time training program structured around their education in order to optimise their performance levels by training on a regular basis with weekly games also.

Our coaches have a great relationship with the Welling players and staff. We all work as a collective team to ensure that everyone is achieving their individual goals and also ours as a company.

Some players have the potential to be the next big thing within their area yet struggle to get their talent seen by scouts and professional clubs. This is where we come in. We take players from Welling to pro games and other development programs in order for them to showcase their talents to a whole new audience.

All students will be expected to maintain a high work ethic within their studies at the academy despite playing football with APD as well. We understand the importance of their education therefore all games, training sessions and trips are planned around lessons!

Rather than a Football Academy run by a specific club, APD has the ability to expose players to a range of clubs that suit and benefit the players’ needs and interests rather than the clubs.
