At APD we provide an opportunity for students within the Post 16 program to succeed within their educational studies along with their education. We ensure that all players at Victory are given the best opportunities to reach their full potential.
All players are given a full time training program structured around their education in order to optimise their performance levels by training on a regular basis with weekly games also.
Our coaches have a great relationship with the Victory players and staff. We all work as a collective team to ensure that everyone is achieving their individual goals and also ours as a company.
Some players have the potential to be the next big thing within their area yet struggle to get their talent seen by scouts and professional clubs. This is where we come in. We take players from Victory to pro games and other development programs in order for them to showcase their talents to a whole new audience!
All students will be expected to maintain a high work ethic within their studies at the academy despite playing football with APD as well. We understand the importance of their education therefore all games, training sessions and trips are planned around lessons!
The Victory Academy has partnered with APD to create a Football Academy for students joining our Sixth Form. This is great news for 15-16 year old boys in Medway and the surrounding areas who are keen footballers and wish to follow a career in sport – even becoming a Semi-Professional or Professional Footballer!
