“Not one APD Coach has the same superpower, personality or coaching style. We do not actively hire looking for specific type of coach. The only 2 underlying, non-negotiable behaviours of an APD coach, is that they have a deep passion for coaching and they are undeniably ‘Good People’” - Harry Watling, Founder.
