The Halley Academy
The Halley Academy… taking their game to the next level!
At APD we provide an opportunity for students within the Post 16 program to succeed within their educational studies along with their education. We ensure that all players at the Halley are given the best opportunities to reach their full potential.
All players are given a full time training program structured around their education in order to optimise their performance levels by training on a regular basis with weekly games also.
Our coaches have a great relationship with the Halley players and staff. We all work as a collective team to ensure that everyone is achieving their individual goals and also ours as a company.
Some players have the potential to be the next big thing within their area yet struggle to get their talent seen by scouts and professional clubs. This is where we come in. We take players from Halley to pro games and other development programs in order for them to showcase their talents to a whole new audience!
All students will be expected to maintain a high work ethic within their studies at the academy despite playing football with APD as well. We understand the importance of their education therefore all games, training sessions and trips are planned around lessons!

Where we are:
The Halley Academy is a secondary school and sixth form with academy status located on Corelli Road and near the Kidbrooke area of the Royal Borough of Greenwich in southeast London.
The academy is local to train stations and bus routes easy for students to get to! Students from the local area or a short distance can attend the academy to develop their educational needs and football abilities.
