STAFF CPD DAY REVIEW

Every year we hold a CPD event for our staff in preparation for the new academic year. Our aim is to ensure that all staff are aware of our standards and expectations along with boosting their confidence through our practical sessions! Each year we have new staff members joining our team, these training days then allow them to group with the current staff and ensure that they are confident within their roles. 

At the beginning of the day, all staff were presented with a powerpoint covering everything they need to know or be aware of going into the next academic year. Each slide had a task which was therefore used as teambuilding and allowed all staff members to learn from each other. 

Our coaches showed their strengths during their practical sessions and adapted to the situations they faced very well. From this training day we believe that our staff we only excel this year and reach their full potential! Well done all!
