We understand that many coaches want to set up their own elite training centres but are intimidated by the business and administration struggles with it. Many coaches work part time for a professional club and have spare time they want to dedicate to helping players make the next step. Setting up a small business however is not easy. Administration requires a laptop, email, website, work phone to connect with parents, players, schools and clubs. You need to hire, pay and invoice your fellow coaches which can require putting them on a PAYE salary. Accounting must be done to ensure you keep your books straight. You need a corporate bank account to pay BACS transfer for the rent of facilities and contracts with schools or clubs. DBS checks for your coaches must be logged. You need to keep a database of children, their medical history and parents contact information. The list goes on…

We can take all that stress away from you, for an annual franchise fee. Beyond that fee, you collect all profits yourself. You have the flexibility to arrange dates, times and locations of your elite training centre. You can employ your fellow coaches to work alongside you.
