Where it all started…
A.P.D was founded by director and Head Coach, Harry Watling, in March 2013. Harry has always had a deep rooted passion for Football Coaching which has been a catalyst for his extremely successful career. After gaining his UEFA B license at the age of 19, one of the youngest in the country, Harry gained his UEFA A license in just one year and his success didn’t go unnoticed. He was quickly snapped up and employed by a Premier League powerhouse academy, West Ham United.
Beyond Harry’s coaching ability his entrepreneurial talents sparked his ambition to branch out and create his own coaching company… and A.P.D was born.
Today A.P.D has a family of 26 enthusiastic and highly experienced coaches working across all of the 5 A.P.D centres. The coaches at A.P.D pride themselves on their ability to help young aspiring professional footballers in achieving their goals. A.P.D boasts an impressive range of success stories including the likes of Darko Gyabi (Manchester City) and Annie Rossiter (England Youth International).
A.P.D is built upon a philosophy to play the A.P.D way, an expansive and positive style of football that excites and engages within the modern game. The A.P.D way is not only manifested on the pitch but demands the players to have a hardworking attitude and respectful nature.
